PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO
A-ENGROSSED HOUSE BILL 2377

1.      On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 6, delete “or”.

2.      After line 6, insert:

3. “(i) To a person who holds a valid amateur radio operator license issued

4.      Or any other license issued by the Federal Communications Commission and

5.	is operating an amateur radio.

6. “(j) To a person who operates a two-way radio device that transmits radio

7.	communication transmitted by a station operating on and authorized 

8.	frequency within the citizens’ or family radio service bands in accordance with

9.	rules of the Federal Communication Commission; or”.

10.     In line 7, delete “(i)” and insert “(k)”.
