Of course I like your web site, however you have to test the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell you. However I’ll certainly come again again!

I think other site proprietors should take this site as an model - very clean and excellent style and design, not to mention the content. You're an expert in this topic!

Hello, I was looking around your web sight, lots going on. Very interesting. My Husband has been a hammer for a while. He is busy installing his new radio in the truck right now, Merry Christmas. It's my turn to join, I have been studying hard. Granddad was also very big into ham radio's when I was a small girl. Anyway, Thanks for the info...... stay tuned.

Great site with lots of great information! You used to have a printable 2M & 70CM plus 6M repeaters in and around Lane County list on your site, but I can't find it now. I've seen others, but not as understandable and local. I wanted to give a copy of it to one of our new Hams over here. Any chance someone could forward me an updated electronic copy? Thanks...Merry Christmas to all!

I will try to make the next meeting. I'm looking forward to becoming 're-involved' with the ham radio community. Its been a part of my life since I was a small child building heathkits. I am 63 years old now. It is becoming increasingly important in today's uncertain world to have people to be there for communications. Satellites, cell phones, land lines - in a national emergency, ham radio might very well be the only means of communication left to rely on. The more people involved with this, the better.

I ran across this website and had to take a look as I grew up in Eugene/Sprinfield and got my first ham license in 1954 with the call WN7WJF. My dad was also a ham and was W7AYN and lived in the Eugene area most of his life. I now have his call sign and am active on CW as I have been most of the time. I especially enjoyed looking at the past presidents listing since I knew many of these hams that I met in the early 1950's & 1960's. 73' Bob

Just pulled the old radio from a box after about 10 yrs in hibernation. Getting back into it full force. Even got my kids interested. Plan to visit your next meeting.
