Study manual is the Ham Radio License Manual, 2nd edition, published by ARRL
Manual is available from:
Americqn Radio Relay League.(ARRL) Cost of the new 2nd Edition that
has an included CD of practice exam software is $30.00.
Norvac Electronics, 985 Conger St., Eugene cost $30. (no CD)
no charge for the class.
